Dadar Tuna

Nyimpen tuna kalengan di pantry lumayan juga untuk memodifikasi sarapan yang itu2 aja. Tuna kalengan itu ada yang Tuna in Springwater, Tuna in Brine (air garam), n ada yang Tuna in Oil. Biasanya saya suka simpen tuna in springwater biar ngga terlalu asin atau oily. Anyway, sori fotonya ngga ada, dah keburu dimasukin bekal ke kantor n bekalnya Affan :p. Nanti2 lagi ya..

Bahan:

  • 2 butir telur ayam
  • 50 gr tuna in spring water
  • 2 sdt grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 sdm susu cair
  • 1 sdt terigu
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
  • 1/2 sdt herbs (mixture of basil, rosemary)

Cara membuat:

  • Kocok telur, campur semua jadi satu, buat dadar.
